No you do not have to be home. You simply leave your trash bin out the day after trash pick up and we will be by to clean it

We highly recomend and prefer you pay on our secure online payment method but if that is not possible we do accept cash on arrival to do the job. Please let our office admin know this is your preffered method of payment.

No, we do not have a contract. All first time washes are charged as a one time wash you then have the option of scheduling a monthly or quarterly service at a discounted price but are never locked in to a long term commitment.

There is no contract so there will be no cancelation fee as for as deciding not to use our service any longer. If you were scheduled to have a cleaning and your trash bin was not left out you get one curtosy reschedule per calendar year, there will a $5 fee for each reschedule after.

The first way you will know that your service was completed will the squeaky clean bin you see outside your home. You will also receive a text or email (depending on your preference) as soon as the job is done. Lastly, we put a sticker on the lid of your trash bin and mark the month in which the service was performed.

It is estimated that someone who cleans there own bin without the proper equipment wastes atleast 25 gallons. We use less than 2 gallons to wash your bins. By that estimation we could wash your bin for a full year once a month and still use less water than if you had done it yourself. If you choose to wash it once every 3 months we could wash and sanitize your bin for 3 years and use less water than your 1 wash.
